1. Defendant A is a person who is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D on February 1, 1997. A

On August 8, 2010, the Defendant sent sex to B, an elementary school, a creative student, at the Gamo-dong room located in the Felel E located in Busan Northern-gu.

B. On August 2010, the Defendant sent sexual intercourses B and once with the Defendant in the above GMomo room.

C. On September 201, 2010, the Defendant: (a) parked in the vicinity of the Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-dong reservoir in the U.S., and (b) moved in B and once with B. D.

On December 1, 2010, the defendant was parked in the parking lot in Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan, and the defendant's Hho XG sent to B and once.

E. On December 5, 2010, the Defendant: (a) parked in the airspace around the construction site of the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Seodo 1 East subway; and (b) sent to B with B one time with B.

F. On December 2010, the Defendant: (a) was parked in a park located in the Seocheon-dong, Busan, North-gu, Busan; and (b) was sent with B one time with B from the above H that XG vehicle.

G. On December 26, 2010, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at the mutually incompetence near the Seoul Cheongcheoncheon-gu, Seoul.

H. On January 5, 2011, the Defendant sent to B one-time sexual intercourse in the Jirmo VIP located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government I.

I. Around January 8, 2011, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at the mutual incompetence at the entrance of the Do Park in Jinsan-gun, Minsan-gun.

(j) Around January 22, 2011, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at the mutual incompetence in the city of Gangwon-gu.

(k) On February 3, 2011, the Defendant sent B with her sexual intercourse one time with the KMM located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government I.

(l) On February 12, 2011, the Defendant: (a) parked in a park located around the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government 2 Dong-dong Kimhae Airport; and (b) sent B with B one-time sexual intercourse from the above HG Hax-G vehicle.

In this respect, the defendant was linked to the above B over 12 times.

2. Defendant B, while being aware that the above A was a spouse, is the same time and place as above.
