Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court, and on September 15, 2005, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on August 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and three million won of fine for larceny, etc. on August 6, 2010, and the execution of the sentence was completed on April 4, 2013 by the Cheongju District Court.

1. Around 02:30 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a large motor bicycle of about 50 cm in the direction near the Hannam-si Park, the lower court, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license; and (b) drive a large motor bicycle of about 1 km in the direction near the Dannam-si, the lower court located in the Hannam-si Park.
2. At around 02:50 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant habitually cut off the electric wires managed by the Korea Electric Power Corporation located in Hanam-si C, and cut off approximately 200 meters of the market price of 2820,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, using a line, to steals electric wires managed by the Korea Electric Power Corporation located in Hanam-si, Hanam-si. However, the Defendant did not arrive at the site and did not commit an attempted crime.

3. Around 08:55 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle of about 100 km in effect on the road near the gular road located in the Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the Sungnam-si, the 687-gu, Sungnam-si, and the front road of the food resources-processing site located in the 687-dong.
4. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the said motorcycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (3).
