A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 11, 2015.

1. On January 26, 2012, around January 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) posted in the name of “F Company’s completion”; (b) the payment date; (c) Busan Bank; (d) the payment date; (d) KRW 60,758,50,00 on the back of the promissory note of “F Company G Yangsan Simsan-si,” which was inserted in the name of “E” office of the Defendant located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) affixed a rubber name tag, which was inserted in advance, on the back of the promissory note, “F Company G Yangsan-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si.”

Then, around that time, the Defendant exercised the forged promissory note as mentioned above to the staff-in-charge who is aware of the forgery at the location of the Korean bank operations Dong in the 94 film building according to the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged and exercised a promissory note endorsed in the name of G, which is a security.

2. On February 14, 2012, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around February 14, 2012, sealed the name of the F Company and the seal affixed to G name, which was prepared in advance, on the back of the promissory note, “The State Bank,” “67,500,000 won” at the place indicated in paragraph (1). On February 14, 2012, the Defendant placed the name of the F Company and the seal affixed to G name, which was issued in the name of “the completion of a stock company” on May 21, 2012.

Then, around that time, the Defendant exercised the forged promissory note as mentioned above to the staff-in-charge who is aware of the forgery at the location of the Korean bank operations Dong in the 94 film building according to the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged and exercised a promissory note endorsed in the name of G, which is a security.
