A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant forms a bicycle club called "B" and is in charge of crub (chairperson), and the victim C (name, 10 years of age) and the victim D (name, 10 years of age) are members of the same club.
