Since the assessment was conducted on April 26, 1911 by C on March 10, 1914, C completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance, D on January 16, 194 completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance. On April 5, 1947, Daegu University, a foundation foundation, completed the registration of ownership transfer due to donation.

B. On September 22, 1947, Daegu University registered the instant land as a fundamental property when it applied for authorization to establish an incorporated foundation. On December 14, 1967, when the Daegu University and the Claims College were merged and the Defendant was established, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land on December 17, 1968.

The land category of this case was changed from September 16, 201 to that of the former land category.

In around 1944, the elderly group claimed by the plaintiff decided to construct a F reservoir according to the small field installation project implemented as part of the second emergency water supply source expansion project of the Japanese colonial branch, the Japanese colonial branch, the Japanese colonial branch, the Japanese colonial branch, and the Japanese colonial branch, which started on July 4, 194 and completed around December 31, 1945.
