1. At around 16:40 on March 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) lent phone calls to employees F at the E convenience store operated by the victim D in Osan-si, Osan-si; (b) but was rejected, the Defendant obstructed the business of the above F F F convenience store by force for approximately 40 minutes to avoid disturbance, such as getting off customers entering the convenience store.

2. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim D in Osan City-si Eve stores operated by the victim D in Osan-si, calls for alcohol and lending of telephone phone to G workers; (b) took time expenses; and (c) made customers feel “whether or not to punish any money so;” and (d) made customers feel a disturbance, such as paying time fees, so that customers return to the victim’s convenience store business by force, thereby interfering with the victim’s convenience store business by force.

3. On July 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:10 on July 4, 2016, at the E Convenience store operated by the victim D in Osan City, the Defendant borrowed a mobile phone from the drunk and his employee G, but the Defendant was refused to give a bath to the said employee; (b) provided a tobacco to other customers; and (c) provided a cigarette to other customers for about 30 minutes, such as a show of time, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.
