Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2017. 12. 30. 13:40경 오산시 B에 있는 'C편의점'에서, 그곳 종업원인 피해자 D에게 술과 빵 등을 외상으로 달라고 하였으나 거절당하자 피해자에게 ‘씨발, 부모 없는 자식, 어른 공경을 안하네’라는 등의 욕설을 하고, 계속하여 그곳에 있던 손님들을 따라다니면서 팔짱을 끼며 술을 사달라고 부탁하고 시비를 거는 등의 방법으로 약 30분 동안 소란을 피워 편의점 안으로 들어오려던 손님들을 나가게 하는 등 위력으로 피해자의 편의점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
