A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated in a coffee shop located in Sung-dong, Sung-dong, Sung-dong, the Defendant forged B-do Promissory Notes in the amount column as “B Ha-do,” “150,000,000; (b) 10 million won in the face; (c) 2 November 2, 2015 in the issuer’s address column; and (d) in the issuer’s address column as “D located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu; and (d) and in the issuer’s address column, the Defendant forged a promissory note D and G’s seal imprint on the right-hand side.

2. Around November 2, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the d, Seoyang-gu Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-gu’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-si’s Man-dong, and (b) made a notary public’s refusal to pay the amount of the following bills at K law firm K’s Man-dong’s Man-dong’s Man-do.

3. Around November 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the same day, the second-class notary public of the LA building in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; and (b) around the same day, the second-class notary public of the LA building in Yongsan-gu; (c) at the KAK office, issued to the notary public MA, a letter of delegation, a counterfeited private document, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and the foregoing paragraph (2), and exercised it, respectively.
