Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on July 27, 2011 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 27, 201.
The Defendant, as a director of D Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D Construction”), delegated the authority to undertake waste disposal or removal works under the name of D Construction, but did not have been delegated the authority to execute funds, such as issuing bills or bearing debts, and borrowing money. However, the Defendant arbitrarily issued promissory notes in the name of D Construction to borrow money, and received money in writing to prepare a notarial deed for them.
1. Forgery of securities;
