1. On October 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim, i.e., the victim’s son(s) at the home of the Defendant’s fluence in the building B in Busan Northern-gu, Busan-do; (b) 30 years of age; (c) 3-4 times from the victim’s knife with the victim’s knife with his/her seat while driving the Defendant’s vehicle; and (d) see the victim’s face.
