Imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of subparagraphs 1-A, 2 and 3 of the judgment of the defendant, and the crimes of Article 1-B of the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on October 24, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 2, 2014, and on February 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on June 24, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 24, 2015.

On July 16, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.085% in the blood alcohol concentration on the road in front of the 248 North-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) on August 19, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.097% in the blood alcohol concentration on the front of the subway station in the North-gu, Busan, Northern-gu, Busan; and (c) on August 3, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.10% in the blood alcohol concentration at the entrance of the North-gu, Busan, and thus, violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

The defendant is a holder of the cranchis freight.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

A. On February 15, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 21:20 on February 15, 2015, driven the said cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately KRW 200 meters away from the section 200 meters of alcohol level to the front road of the entrance of the apartment site of “Yelimgggian” located in the north-dong, Busan.

B. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 22:30 on September 26, 2015, did not enter into mandatory insurance with approximately 250 meters of blood alcohol level 0.071% under the influence of alcohol level at around the entrance of the apartment site of the “Yananmar Park” located in the Northern-dong of Busan Metropolitan City to the front side of the entrance of the apartment site of the same Dong.
