A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 17, 2013.

On July 8, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs obtained from the Defendant’s home room located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-dong C, in a way of drinking water, at around 23:00, in a way of drinking water.
