A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court Jinju Branch, and on October 13, 199, sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on April 2, 2002, sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court (the thief) at the Busan District Court on December 8, 2003, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on March 25, 2005, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act (the thief) at the Changwon District Court on July 25, 2007.

On January 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and eight months of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief). On April 29, 2016 through retrial, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. in the same court on April 29, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on May 10, 2016, for which the said judgment became final and conclusive and conclusive on April 28, 2016.
