Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2016, from around 18:30 to 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) sought from the victim C to be asked to return home from the victim C'D' packing end in the Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) obstructed the victim's packing business by: (c) preventing customers from entering the above packing end in order to avoid a disturbance, such as having the Defendant's resident registration certificate form the floor, and preventing them from entering the packing end. (d) The Defendant interfered with the victim's packing business.
