Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving B QM3 automobiles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).
On October 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.138% during blood alcohol level on October 26, 2016, and proceeded with the front of the eroscop distance of the Asan City, Asan-si, Asan-si, at a visible speed from the museum’s shooting distance.
