A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2010, the Defendant was punished two or more times for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on November 14, 201), by the above court on November 14, 201, by a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on July 4, 201), and by a fine of five million won or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on February 4, 2013), by the above court on February 4, 2013, respectively.
