Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2014, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven a car in column B while under the influence of alcohol 0.102% of the blood alcohol concentration on the roads from the vice-Dong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu to the roads of 69, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
