Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on December 3, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of four million won by the Seoul Western District Court on December 7, 2012.

1. On December 5, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.058 percent of blood alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license (driving without a license) around 07:27:1, the Defendant driven a 500-meter Lone Star truck from the Hancheon-si Jung-gu Jung-gu, Jungcheon-gu to the 69-way route.

2.
