Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving CV vehicles.

On August 31, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 13:13 on August 31, 2016, and entered the E station where the left turn turn turn turn at the end of the E station located in the direction of Yong-Nam middle school in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

In this case, the driver should proceed with the left turn turn normally and the opposite part of the driver should not take the opposite part of the driver's duty of care. However, the defendant exceeded the left turn turn to enter the entrance of the E station located in the front section without neglecting it, and the victim F ( South, 34 years old) who was driving in the top of the opposite direction due to the negligence of driving in the opposite direction to the opposite part, was set off on the ground floor of the plaintiff's f (the other, 34 years old) who was driving in the top of the road in order to avoid the defendant's vehicle to the right right side in order to avoid the vehicle.
