Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duties of driving Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On June 25, 2016, the defendant driven the above vehicle without the driver's license of the vehicle at around 16:00 and proceeded at a speed of about 60 km for the left-hand turn on the three-lane road, including the D-way left-hand turn in the etern C.

Since one lane is a left-hand turn, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely change the lane by giving prior notice to the direction of the vehicle when changing the lane according to the set vehicle line and by properly examining the right and the right of the vehicle.
