A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 16:00 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant sent the victim to the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu in front of the house of the Victim F (F, 25 years of age) located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and returned the victim’s photograph to the victim, and then, the victim was born to the head of the G Lanro-gu passenger park parking lot in the Han River that is located near the pressure-driven-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu.
At around 16:30 of the same day, when the defendant came to know that the victim was living in another male while searching the victim's cell phone by using the gaps in the above Han River Park parking lot, the defendant thought that he was hedging with the other male, and operated the above car without the consent of the victim, and transferred it to Seoul-Sacheon Highway through the Olympic Games without the consent of the victim.
At around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to return to Seoul because the victim broken away from a set of movable property in the military where Chuncheon movable property was located; (b) called the Defendant’s phone called to H; and (c) called the Defendant was kidnapped, the Defendant got off the vehicle that the vehicle attempted to temporarily stop from the vehicle, the victim’s cell phone device was deducted; and (d) the victim led the victim to knife on the vehicle, and went back to Seoul to the vehicle, without disregarding the victim’s demand, went back to the road near the 20km point of the inner base located in the Gangwon-do.
Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.
2. At around 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) driven a car on the side side of the airport located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, for the reason that she would drive the car from the side of the airport, return to the Doncheon-gun, and take a break-out break; (b) again, she was on board the car to have a more defect in dialogue with the said victim; (c) but (d) later, she flings it later from the victim.
