Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) the victim D (the aged 31, female) who is a person with the same intellectual disability, who was living together in Defendant A’s house, was a man with the same intellectual disability (the aged 31, female) who was living together with the victim’s family; (b) kidddd the victim into the house of Defendant A and fright him to leave the victim’s house; and (c) fright the victim to commit violence to the victim; and (d) the victim was able to remove the cellular phone equipment used by the victim prior to his personal confinement so that the victim could not ask his mother to contact and help the victim.

Accordingly, at around 17:00 on July 1, 2015, the Defendants met the victim in the Yongsan-ro, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, 56-20, and Defendant B reported the victim from side, and Defendant A changed the victim’s cell phone device several times to remove the female’s cell phone device from the victim.
