1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point of the attached sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

On October 29, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a lease contract with the Defendant to renew the above lease contract after renting the store specified in Paragraph (1) of the order (hereinafter “instant store”) to the Defendant around 2006. On October 29, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant to renew the lease deposit of KRW 15 million, monthly rental fee of KRW 950,000,000, monthly rental fee of KRW 950,000,000, monthly rental fee of KRW 20,000,000, and from October 29, 2012, the Defendant operated the restaurant at the location after renting the instant store. Since around October 2012, the Defendant operated the restaurant, and the total sum of monthly rental fee and management expenses in arrears as of the expiration date of the lease period of KRW 15,520,000, as a whole, or in full view of the purport of the evidence stated in subparagraphs 1 through 5.

According to the above facts, since the lease contract of this case terminated on October 28, 2014, the contract of this case is deemed to have expired, the defendant is obligated to order the plaintiff to pay to the plaintiff 5,20,000 won remaining after deducting the deposit deposit of 15,000 won from the monthly rent and management expenses in arrears as of the expiration date of the lease period, and to pay damages for delay at the rate of 20,000 won per annum from April 9, 2015, the day following the day when the copy of the complaint is served to the day when the contract is served, and to pay the amount equivalent to the monthly rent and management expenses from October 29, 2014 to the day when the store of this case is named.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
