Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a sealed and freezing vehicle.

On February 6, 2015, at around 18:30, the Defendant driven the said freezing vehicle, and proceeded from the front section of the death screen to the fishing village with the “water underground lane” located in the Giungdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Youngdong-gu. However, the Defendant changed the lane from the two-lane to the one-lane.

Since there is an underground vehicle, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving a vehicle in accordance with the lane without changing the vehicle line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to turn on the direction, etc., and neglected to change the lane rapidly, caused the victim D(31 years of age) driving in the first lane to take the left side of the said KS3 passenger vehicle loaded on the freezing vehicle, and caused the said K3 passenger vehicle to take the retaining wall of the central separation zone.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained an injury to the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires a medical treatment of approximately two weeks, and at the same time, did not immediately stop the said K3-car while destroying it to KRW 2,400,000,000 for repair costs, and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
