1. Larceny;
A. 2. On February 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a 1 ton class and 3 freezing vehicle, which was stolen as described in paragraph (a) while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.12% of alcohol content in blood, around 07:54, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 3.5 km from the front of E-si, Leecheon-si to the front of E-si to the 60-8 front of E-si, Leecheon-si.
3.
