1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on March 3, 2017, on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. On October 19, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated in the claim shall have a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet issued by the Defendant title trust and completed the transfer registration in the name of the Plaintiff.

However, the defendant has not transferred the ownership of the above vehicle even after the contract period.

Therefore, the above title trust is terminated by the service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, and the transfer registration procedure is sought for the above automobile.
