Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 2010, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act purchased 125cc Obac, where a number plate was not attached to D in Qyang-si C.

The Defendant, at the time, removed the number plate (E) from the Ortoba, which was loaded at the time, and applied it to the Oraba, and operated from December 2, 2012 to February 13, 2014, unlawfully used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, at around 18:10 on February 13, 2014, the Defendant operated e-mail, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the pre-middle School of Sammun-dong, Samyang-dong.
