1. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant calls the victim E in the vicinity of the D cafeteria located in Jeju-si, and calls the victim E to pay money to him/her up to October 15, 2013 if he/she lends money.

However, even if money is borrowed, there was no intention or ability to repay it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 1,50,00 from the Agricultural Cooperative (G) account in the name of F that the Defendant informed from the victim.

2. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant called the victim E in Jeju-si on September 30, 2013, and sent the above Handphone to the victim E, who sold one of the Handphones (in 2013, gallon 3).

3. On October 18, 2013, in order to open a mobile phone in the name of M, which is one of his/her two-dimensional shapes, the Defendant forged a private document by using an examination color pen to enter the LG Plux in the name column of the subscriber to the mobile phone sales contract, “M” in the resident registration number column, “N” in the above M’s resident registration number column, “O in the State column” in the State column, and “M” in the applicant column, respectively, and signed “M” in the name side of the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for mobile phone membership in M name, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.
