A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2003, the Defendant entered into a contract with the victim to exchange “1607 square meters shares of 17752 square meters in the Gyeonggi-si Do D Forest, and 522 square meters in the name of the Defendant,” owned by the Defendant, with “1,607 square meters in the name of Gyeonggi-si Do” and “522 square meters in the name of E” owned by the Defendant, and entered into a sales contract with the victim, at the same time, after selling two real estate owned by the Defendant to a third party, to pay the purchase price.
