Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around 9:20 on November 21, 2012 to around 9:45, 2012, on the ground that: (a) F, working as an employee of the said office in the “E” office operated by the victim D of the Cbuilding 204, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, left the said office at the “G” office operated by the Defendant’s husband; and (b) the Defendant, on the ground that (c) the F, working as an employee of the said office, went away from the said office at the “G” office operated by the Defendant’s husband, two diskettess, namely, “PD, who dys up the trading office

Without complying with the Gu's order, it continued to return to the office, and the above F expressed that "I will find out whether it would be good because I had a man-made life in this Doar, and will have a good job inside her husband," and that the above H would have a good job inside her husband, for about 25 minutes, such as waterground, and prevented the employees from working normally, thereby obstructing the operation of the victim's office by force.
