Punishment of the crime

B is a person who operates C Trucks, and the defendant is a person who temporarily employs B.

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading system measuring equipment is installed for the purpose of measuring the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, B, around 12:42 on February 26, 2020, around 11:41 on February 28, 2020, and around 11:23 on March 5, 2020, operated the above cargo vehicles, and entered the middle-speed road in the 811-73 Gyeong-si, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and obstructed the measurement of the load load of the cargo vehicles by entering the middle-speed road into the 811-73 luxol, as the luxambro, without passing through the designated lane for measuring the load load.

Accordingly, B, a defendant's employee, committed a violation falling under Article 115 of the Road Act in relation to the defendant's business.
