A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 4149"

1. On August 26, 2015, the Defendant reported on the publication of the victim B’s “to obtain the right to use the B” on the Korean bulletin board, among the Internet car page for the trading of used goods, and sold the said right by contact with the victim.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not possess the above voucher and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported on August 29, 2015, the Defendant posted the victim C’s “to request female health care for women”; and (b) sold books by contact with the victim.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not possess the above liability and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 20,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter on Nonindicted 2, 2015, the Defendant used a heavy goods transaction Internet camera, and (b) posted a victim D’s “bucks bucks” on the bulletin board of the country; and (c) contacted the victim and sold the bucks.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not possess the above tamper and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 40,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

"2015 Highest 4373"

4. On August 24, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter stating that the victim F would purchase a book of ‘sent theory' in a foreign country among the Internet-China Kafin and a foreign country, at the residence of the Defendant, Guri-si E and 1 Dong 201, around August 24, 2015.
