Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant B, it shall be for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, on May 28, 2018, sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Jung-gu District Court on May 28, 2018, and completed the execution of a sentence in the medical prison on July 28, 2018.

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

2. Defendant A

나. 필로폰 투약 피고인은 2018. 10. 16. 16:00경 남양주시 H에 있는 상호불상의 모텔에서, 필로폰 약 0.23ｇ을 호일에 담아 라이터로 달궈 연기를 흡입 하는 방법으로 투약하였다.

3. Defendant B

A. From September 24, 2018 to 17:00 on September 24, 2018, the Defendant, at the Macheon-si Macheon-do Mancheon-do, Mancheon-si, Mancheon-si, in a single-use injection instrument by melting the volume of phiphones into water, and then administered phiphones in a way of injection into the left left part of blood cells.
