A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On September 4, 2014, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) diversed C’ cargo vehicles parked in the vicinity of the World Cup stadium located in Daegu Suwon-gu, from C, 0.05gs, psychotropic drugs-related Mepiles (hereinafter “Handphones”) and administered them by means of dilution them into the Defendant’s arms by dilution them with water for a single-use injection.

2. Upon receipt of C’s request to purchase writingphones, on October 13, 2014, the Defendant withdrawn 1.3 million won from C to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (D) under the name of the Defendant, and then received 1.3 million won from C, and 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant received 1.3 million won from E in the vicinity of a mayter located in Daegu Suwon-gu, and 1g of a penphones.

At around 19:40 on the same day, the Defendant sent C with one g of the instant philopon from a mutual influoral telecom in the Daegu Suwon-gu Two-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

3. On October 13, 2014, at around 19:40 on October 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) diled C with 0.35g of oponon from a cross-disculatory telephone in the Daegu hydrosidong; (b) 0.05g from among them, dilution water into a disposable injection machine, and injected it into the Defendant’s left-hand arms.

4. At around 20:00 on the 14th day of the same month, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as Paragraph 3.

5. At around 19:00 on the 15th day of the same month, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as Paragraph 3.

6. At around 05:00 on the 17th day of the same month, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as Paragraph 3.

7. At around 09:40 of the same month, the Defendant kept FSM5 car 0.1767ghon in the container box operated by the Defendant.
