A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

From January 1, 2015 to March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 2015, around 2010, around 2015, at around 200, up to 11:1; (b) at least 5:5:00,000 won for sexual traffic; and (c) at least 2,7360,000 won for the half of the amount of sexual traffic; (d) installed 4 CCTV facilities and the waiting room for employees; and (e) operated the sexual traffic business with the trade name called “D” by employing female employees C, etc.; (e) received 1.20,000 won for sexual traffic from the male descendants in the name of his/her company; and (e) received 60,000 won for sexual traffic; and (e) obtained profits equivalent to 2,7360,000 won for the half of the amount of sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
