Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person working as a gas station from 2006 to 2006 at the gas station in Gangnam-si G. Defendant B is a person who served as the gas station in the above gas station from May 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Defendant C is a person who serves as the gas station in the above gas station from July 1, 2015. Defendant C is a person who serves as the gas station from July 1, 2015. Defendant C is a corporation that operates aviation, land, cargo handling, new distribution brokerage, etc.

No person shall leak, leak, or abandon petroleum products, etc. under the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act in public waters without justifiable grounds.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. As a result, the Defendants conspired to divulge and leak specific water-quality harmful substances, which are petroleum products and water mixtures equivalent to about 216 liters in total.

2. At around 11:00 on July 20, 2015, Defendant A, and Defendant C’s joint crimes, and at the same place.
