On August 23, 2019, the Defendant removed a public notice of "claim for Criminal Complaint and Claim for Indemnification against Former Representative Related to Use of Remuneration Money for Other Purposes" on the elevator's bulletin board and thereby has impaired its utility on August 23, 2019.
