Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CF car.

On December 9, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:45, and proceeded with the front road of the “EKa Center” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, according to the two-lanes between the 3-lanes from the Gusan basin to the new details.

At the time, there are nights, safety zone signs, and crosswalks, so a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed of the motor vehicle, to live well on the front left and right right, to check whether there is a person, to build the road, to safely drive the motor vehicle in order to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the safety signs, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the lane to a one-lane for internship, and entered the safety zone, which is an area where the entry is prohibited, into the safety zone by the Defendant’s negligence, and caused the victim F. (66) who moved the crosswalk to the right side from the left side of the vehicle in which the Defendant is driving with the driver’s vehicle, leading the finger to the right side of the vehicle, and went beyond the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as injury to the two parts of the injury, due to the above occupational negligence, and caused the death of the victim at the H hospital located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G around 07:08 on the same day.
