Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of one year and two months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a B B B Poter-II truck on March 15, 2020, and was proceeding with D’s entrance-distance intersection at Jeju, which was the D’s entrance-distance intersection from the boundary of the intersection, to D’s entrance-section.

At this point, there is a center line of yellow solid lines, so in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle safely without breaking the center line.

Nevertheless, in order to reduce speed and temporarily stop at the intersection, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim E (the aged 28) by taking the part front of the driver’s front of the driver’s driving seat of the FSP car to the left-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-on from the entrance of the central line at the surface of the D's fault in the course of duty to overtake the said cargo vehicle, and having the victim E (the aged 28) receive from the front part of the FSP car Class II, the front part of the driver’s vehicle of the Defendant’s driving, which requires approximately five weeks of medical treatment, such as a cage cage duf, etc., and having the victim G (the aged 30) (the passenger of the above SPP car), who is the same passenger of the above SPP car, for about six weeks of medical treatment.

2. On June 26, 2020, the Defendant was driving a H Ⅲ freight vehicle around 14:40 on June 26, 2020, along the four-lanes in front of the I hotel in Jeju, according to the four-lanes in the direction of the coast intersection from J-Myeon to the intersection of the coast intersection.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and proceeds from the occupational negligence of driving the above wing and three cargo vehicles within the safety zone sign.
