A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution as declared by the Daegu District Court on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 11th of the same month and is still under suspended execution.
