A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car of Kan-P

On November 17, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on November 13:20, and changed its course to a two-lane while driving about about 20 km from the distance from the end of the city interest road to the end of the city interest road in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has the duty of care not to change the course when it is likely to obstruct the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction of change.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the course from the three-lane to the two-lanes of the above two-lanes of the road and received the part on the right side side side of the motor vehicle of the victim D (Nam, 30 years old) driving on the two-lanes of the above two-lanes of the road.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as satisfe bed, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to the above occupational negligence.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a car with Cknife which is not covered by mandatory insurance as set forth in the above 1.
