If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.090% of blood alcohol concentration at around 04:26, operated BranxG car at approximately 5km from the front of the river basin located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to around 80, Dongdaemun-ro 18, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.
