Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From July 30, 2015 to August 12, 2015, Defendant A operated “D” business establishments on the first floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul underground, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with the facilities, such as 8 smugglings equipped with beds and shower facilities, 3 air rooms, etc., employed “B, etc. as female employees,” and Defendant A, etc. as the price for sexual traffic including marina land from male customers, including E, received KRW 90,000 to KRW 120,000 per time, and got female employees to have sexual intercourse with a similar sexual intercourse, and obtained profits of KRW 1,470,000 per time among the price for sexual traffic received as above, by paying to female employees a total of KRW 25,000 per time.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. On August 12, 2015, Defendant B, at the above place around 16:00, engaged in sexual intercourse by receiving KRW 120,000 from the said E as the price for sexual intercourse, which includes a marina land, and considering his sexual organ as a hand, thereby engaging in sexual intercourse.

[The actual amount of fine shall be determined in consideration of all kinds of sentencing conditions, including the fact that Defendant A is recognized as a initial offender, and the period of business was divided 14 days, the business was not significant as KRW 1,470,000, and the amount of fine is determined in consideration of all kinds of sentencing conditions, including the fact that the business was not gained, and the type of business (mediation of similarity).
