A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 1, 2015 to August 26, 2015, the Defendant operated a “C” shopping mall located on the first floor of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B Building, and employed D and E as female employees with three smuggling rooms, shower rooms, and one other. The Defendant, who received 80,000 won per time from male customers under his name and received 80,000 won as the price for sexual traffic, had female employees engage in a similar sexual intercourse, and obtained 40,000 won per time out of the price for sexual traffic received as above, by having female employees pay female employees a total of 40,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
