A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2019, the Defendant reported 112 to the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 01:02, that “AC is engaged in sexual traffic in the 2nd and third Bs, from the telephone station at the roadside and the D musical shop located adjacent to C office,” by posting a phone to the 112 comprehensive situation room with his own mobile phone.”

However, there is no fact that sexual traffic has been conducted at the above singing shop.

As such, the Defendant reported the fact to a police agency as if he did not do so.
