1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The following facts may be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the contents and images of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Gap evidence Nos. 10, Eul evidence Nos. 10, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 15, and the purpose of the entire pleadings as a result of each fact-finding with respect to the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Director of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the
(1) On July 18, 1963, the alteration process of the instant land (1) Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Land (hereinafter referred to as “Dong and Subdivision”) was completed for the registration of ownership transfer under the name of Nonparty D, and thereafter on December 2, 1967, E, F, G land, and H land was combined, and 1,232 was combined. The instant land was again divided into the land on December 9, 196, with C and I or J land and the K or L land on December 39, 200, and the remainder of the land excluding M large 39 square meters, N large 273 square meters (B land) was sold to others.
Since January 18, 1968, the land category of M was changed from the site to the road, and M road, N site, etc. was determined and publicly announced as urban planning facilities (road) with the width of 8 meters, extended 786 meters by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice No. 3 on January 18, 1969.
(A) On the application of D on March 31, 1969, N, P, Q, and R land was re-divided into N, 15, B, and 258. The N land was sold to S, etc. on April 3, 1969 and was merged into T land on April 14, 1969.
B On October 13, 1976, the land was divided into U large 32 square meters, V large 20 square meters, B large 80 square meters, and B large 80 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) upon D’s application on October 13, 1976, and the said U land and V land were further combined with WW-owned land and X land, and the land category was changed to a road on June 15, 191.
B. The process of changing the ownership of the instant land (1) the instant land is classified into Y, Z, and AA due to the consultation and division inheritance on August 2, 2000.
