1. Basic facts

A. The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (1) indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 is indicated as O real estate, and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 is indicated as “the instant land.” In the future of C around 1995, the respective transfer registration for ownership was made in the future of Plaintiff C on December 21, 2005, and on July 18, 2016, respectively.

(2) The land 2 and 3 had been registered in the future of C around 1995, and each of the Plaintiff A had been registered in the future of December 21, 2005 and March 6, 2017.

B. (1) C is to display only a parcel number of d. number on April 1982, 1982, which is to be marked as the Habman in Busan.

At the time of filing an application for subdivision of forest land 21471 square meters, the said land was divided into D forest land 2002 square meters, E forest land 824 square meters, and F forest land 625 square meters (land 2).

The category of land has changed from forest land to road at the request of C at the time of the division.

(2) On April 1982, 1982, C filed an application for the subdivision of the area of 1051.6 square meters in Busan Seo-gu G, Busan, and around that time, C was divided into G 822.7 square meters and H 228.9 square meters (3 square meters).

The land category of C has changed from the site to a road at the time of the above division.

(3) On May 1982, C filed an application for subdivision of D forest 20846 square meters in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and around that time, C was divided into D forest 3742 square meters, 695 square meters in J forest 695 square meters, 1420 square meters in J forest 695 square meters, 794 square meters in L forest 794 square meters, 1191 square meters in M forest 191 square meters in M forest 2253 square meters, 2253 square meters in N forest 291 square meters, 122 square meters in P forest 102 square meters, 293 square meters in P forest 93 square meters, 864 square meters in R forest 794 square meters in land, and 5092 square meters in T forest.

The land category has changed from forest land to road according to the application of C at the time of the division.

C. The land of this case has been used as a passage for the general public from before the above division and land category change, and has reached the present point. The form of each land is as shown in the annexed location map.
