1. The defendant has each point on the plaintiffs as indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 on the ground of 684m2 in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.
Reasons
The Plaintiffs completed the registration of transfer of ownership on March 28, 2016 with respect to D 684 square meters on April 26, 2016, on the ground of sale and purchase on March 28, 2016. The Defendant is obliged to install a plastic house in the order of 63 square meters and 7,8,9,10,11,12,13, and 70 square meters of the same drawings and the same drawings, which are successively connected with each of 684 square meters in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Incheon, with each of 1/2 equity shares. The Defendant may recognize the Plaintiff’s each of the above 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 12, and 13, and 80 square meters of land in the order of 80 square meters among the parties, or each of the above 1 through 40 square meters of land in the order of 15 square meters in the domestic land information construction work.
As to this, the defendant asserts to the effect that there is a legitimate title since the defendant legally concluded a lease contract between the farming association corporation, Sung-nam, the former owner of the above land, and establishes a vinyl house on the ground. However, the defendant cannot oppose the plaintiffs. Thus, the defendant's argument is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiffs' claims are reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting them.
