1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. The Plaintiff’s assertion is the merchants operating in Suwon-si C World Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant shopping mall”). The Defendant, at the shopping mall of the instant shopping mall, performed the duties of the president and the secretary at the shopping mall of the instant shopping mall. The Defendant: (a) unfairly demoted the Plaintiff’s status from the regular members of the shopping mall to the associate members; (b) limits the Plaintiff’s right as the sectional owner of the instant shopping mall; and (c) upon knowing the fact that the instant shopping mall appointed an attorney-at-law to file a lawsuit against the Plaintiff who is an associate member on August 2016, 2016, the Defendant threatened the Plaintiff and impairs the Plaintiff’s reputation by paying approximately KRW 3420,00 for the said lawsuit with the funds of the shopping mall of the shopping mall; and (d) by setting up CCTV around September 2016, 2016, aided the Plaintiff’s personality right to the instant shopping mall by manipulatinging or impairing the Plaintiff’s reputation by manipulatinging the Plaintiff, etc.

Therefore, the defendant is obliged to pay consolation money of seven million won and damages for delay to the plaintiff.

2. In light of the judgment, the evidence presented by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to acknowledge the above assertion, and there is no other evidence to prove it. Thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
