A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. A thief: (a) around 14:00 on July 30, 2018, the Defendant stolen goods, etc. totaling six times from that time until August 30, 2018, in total, KRW 3,030,00,000, at the reading room of the second floor of the library located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, a total sum of KRW 500,000,000, which was put on his/her own book by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance negligence around the surrounding area.
2. On August 3, 2018, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) had the victim E’s “singing room” operated by Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si; (b) had the victim, who had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value even after drinking; and (c) had the victim, by deceiving the victim as if he would pay the said amount despite having the absence of the intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (d) had the victim, who had the victim, received alcoholic beverages worth KRW 320,00,000, including KRW 260,000, from the time to September 3, 2018, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the said amount by failing to pay the said value; and (e) had the victim’s pecuniary benefits at a total of four times, including the attached Table 2, from September 3, 2018.
3. On August 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) took a taxi for business purposes in and near the Froposa located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) took a taxi for business purposes in and out from H located in the same Gu G, and, (c) presented a stolen national bank credit card, such as the No. 1 (Larceny) No. 2 of the List of Crimes, to the victim’s name-free taxi engineer, and presented 4,100 won to settle the taxi fee to the victim’s name-free taxi engineer; and (d) obtained the stolen credit card from August 12, 2018, by using the stolen credit card at least seven times in total, as indicated in the Schedule of Crimes No. 3, from that time, from August 12, 2018.
